Prometheus the Movie

Prometheus's Fire, Alien Gods and Pandora’s box of tricks

Big Things Have Small Beginnings

In the recent movie Prometheus directed and produced by the 'father of film' Ridley Scott we find many connections to literature and common themes that talk of 'creator gods' descending to Earth in the ancient world. There are also many other connections to symbolism that far extend beyond a typical ‘prequel’ and carries much validity to some of the themes relating to 'reality', not just 'science fiction'. The blog is in 2 parts and very long, so I would make a brew, if I were you.

As a prequel to the infamous Alien movies, the story commences in the distant past, when a spacecraft with an advanced humanoid alien species (Genetic Engineers) arrive on Earth. 
The alien engineer consumes a 'dark liquid', causing his body to disintegrate and fall into a nearby waterfall, hinting at the 'seeding of new life on Earth' symbolically. The essence of life in this way is ‘visually’ conveyed quite graphically as infectious ‘codes’ (the building blocks of life) passing though the blood and ‘DNA’ of all life on Earth. Later in the movie we witness the impact of the meddling scientists that go to the place of origin and enter an alien chamber on a distant moon (planet). 


The movie doesn't disappoint and covers many themes form lucid connections from pyramid structures, underground birthing chambers to alien reptilian species and the subtle symbolism found in endless other movies and literature, some of which I'll come to as I proceed.

(Part 1: Some Background)

Prometheus and the Race of Titans

Myths from all over the world talk of the 'gods', giants and titans both fighting and ruling over humanity, its actually quite common once you delve a little deeper into the subject. All over the world many ancient civilizations believed they were in communication with gods that came from the skies. The ‘Fall of mankind’ elaborated on through ancient records, art and myths, are also connected to these legends of ‘sky people’ coming down to Earth.

The legend of Prometheus is one that tells of this Titan deciding that he would disobey the gods and make humans ‘gods' themselves.  Sounds like the Fallen one that religious folk talk about to me? According to Greek mythology Prometheus belonged to the old order of Gods (the Titans) and from the bloodline of ‘Iapetus (also a moon of Saturn) and Uranus, his legend tells of stealing fire from Zeus and giving it to humanity. The Fire Prometheus stole was said to be the very essence of life and this 'light', that is ‘life itself’ can be found in the Books of Genesis, Enoch, Ezekiel's visions, Sumerian tablets and Greek myths alike. In Greek mythology, Prometheus is a ‘creator god’ and just like the Elohim in Genesis that were said to create Adam, his actions were considered both 'rebellious' and symbolic of the spirit of the fallen one! Lucifer is also noted as the ‘Bringer of Light’.

The Rockefellers, like the Rothschilds are families that ‘see themselves’ as ‘bloodline royalty’ connected the 'true gods' (the Biblical creators of humanity) as the movie Prometheus suggests. The General Electric building (below) also celebrates the Saturn ‘father of the Titans figure’ named Urizen by William Blake’s in his image of the same design called The Ancient of Days (below middle). This figure is also meant to be the Elohim, Yahweh or the Demiurge, the (plural not singular) gods that generally mean "producer" and eventually "creator". Atlas another Titan and the brother of Prometheus (below right) 
also gets a look in. 
The elite know all about our (and their) ‘beginnings’.

Gods Amongst the Ancients
The Maya of Central America say that an ‘advanced knowledge’ was handed down to them by the creatures of the plumed serpent, their saviour god Quetzalcoatl. This God (creature) was also called Balam-Quitze or the Jaguar who smiles. In Egypt the same was said of the their god Osiris (who I’ll come back to later) who could see great distances without having to move. According to the Popol Vuh, the sacred book of the ancient Quiché and Maya of Mexico, the gods and or first humans:

“Were endowed with intelligence; they saw and instantly they could see far; they succeeded in seeing; they succeeded in knowing all that there is in the world.....Great was their wisdom; their sight reached to the forests, the rocks, the lakes, the seas, the mountains and the valleys.”

In Sumeria, Egypt and Central America the gods became known as 'civilisers' of the world and were worshipped for their ‘superhuman’ abilities. These gods were also said to have lived openly amongst the ancients before the Age of Cancer 10,800 to 3113 BC. After a ‘global’ catastrophic deluge, recorded in numerous civilisations, these gods then went underground into the catacombs that were said to stretch great distances across the Earth.

Through much art and oral tradition these gods are depicted as a serpent race, or the Itzamma (lizard) gods, that are said to preside over the ‘underworld’, the place of shelter during great catastrophic changes on the surface of the Earth. In Mayan art and sculpture the same gods are often shown as large serpents rearing up to spew forth their descendants, they became the kings that would rule the Earth surface population. The Sumerian clay tablets also show detailed descriptions of how what they call the Anunnaki gods interbreeding with human women to create a hybrid race, a fusion of human genes. Their offspring were known as the Nefilim, Rephiam, Emim and Anakim, a giant race, recorded in cave art all over the world.

The Viracochas
In ancient Inca tradition it is said that a mysterious race of beings called the Viracochas (below left) were said to have created the Nazca lines in Peru and they were also depicted as Caucasian (mainly bearded) `supergods’. Interestingly, when you look at the back of some of the mysterious sculptures of Easter Island, for example, there are carved faces of what look-like bearded humans.
Where these the artists?
The word Viracochas” is interpreted as the ‘White Masters from the skies’ who promised to return. When they would return is debatable but movies like Prometheus hint at a time far into the future? It was said that the Viracochas gave us astronomy, building skills, the celestial calendar and much besides to the Incas. They were said to have built the ancient ruins of Tiahuanacu (above right) in one day with a magic trumpet! I have been to Tiahanacu and it certainly has some amazing feats of stone masonry and architectural structures.
At Nazca lines in Peru (below) said to be created by the ancients through scoring away the top surface of the land to reveal a lighter subsurface, came form the Viracochas. Many drawings including a goddess like figure, a giant spider, a spider monkey and a humming bird, alongside images of other animals, birds, runways, zig-zags and spiral formations that were clearly meant to be seen from above. On surrounding hillsides many other strange humanoid ‘beings’ can be seen which are symbolic depictions of giants, creator gods and, according to some researchers, there could be actual earth diagrams of specific star constellations. Some of these images certainly look similar to constellations like Orion, Gemini and Cancer. The movie Prometheus hints at the visual connections to the Nazca lines (below) when the space ship Prometheus lands on the moon LV-223, we see landing strips and geometric runways leading to a massive dome like pyramid structure!

In other myths from around the world these Viracochas are the mysterious ‘martian gods’ that were credited with ushering in the long lost Golden Age through ‘performing miracles’ and teaching an ancient science that is now ‘supposedly’ long forgotten.

In many accounts the Viracocha were said to use a heavenly fire (the same fire that Prometheus stole maybe?) that could lift huge blocks of stone. Many mysterious feats were associated with these hero figures (gods) that were, according to some legends, said to have arrived via the planet Mars. Interestingly, the author David Talbott, identifies Mars as an early astronomical archetype of the warrior-hero, in both his glorious and his terrible aspects. The Aztec god Xipe (above right), almost mirrors through his deeply scarred face, the battle scarred surface of Mars.

All the attributes given to a mysterious Caucasian blue eyed, bearded gods of the prehistoric world were attributed to the many saviour gods that would emerge much later in places like Meso- America (Quetzacoatl), Phoenicia (Baal), Babylon (Thammuz) and Rome (Mithra) all of these 'Gods' were considered 'masters of time’. Time is also the embodiment of the Dwarf star Saturn and Saturn of course is the Dark Sun that the Elite secret societies worship. In North America, Blackfoot Teton myths also tell of ‘old man time’ who like the Mayan version of the Viracochas  called One Hunahpu (the pole God), traveled from South to North dreaming (creating) life ‘out of’ the ‘milky river’ (possibly the Milky Way).

electromagnetic life forces used in 'making a planet'. 

The stories of the gods were global, because the gods were global genetic engineers that traveled through space and time - well according to the movie that is.

Part 2: The Movie


The Alien Genetic Engineers in Ridley Scotts movie are 'giants' (below) and of course 'time travelers' and Scott's work would have been loosely inspired by ancient knowledge of the gods found all over the world. 
 Similar attributes were given to the Egyptian creator god Khnemu (below) who was said to
have ‘shaped’ the human form and given it life. I have pondered on the concept of a ‘genetically modified human species’ in recent years, hence the visual themes in some of my art. Maybe somewhere in our hollow Moon (one of Saturn’s satellites) was the laboratory of ‘Khnemu’, a place called 'Eden'. Maybe the Moon was the 'Ark' and the collection of ‘double of every species’ on Earth was where the ‘Adam and Eve' double helix was conceived? However, the more I look into the subjects of alien visitation (contained in such movies) and the connection between symbolism and mythological accounts, it seems that one strand of our original ancestors, 'the Neanderthals', disappeared abruptly. While their 'replacement' Homo sapiens seemed to flourish to become the dominant species. Was Homo sapien the work of advanced genetic engineers and did the same ‘engineers’ do ‘battle’ with a serpent race in the Garden of Earthly Delights?  I am sure there is a connection between the 'missing link' Neanderthals and what has been called Bigfoot.

Connecting the stars
In the movie Prometheus scientist discover a piece of cave art that hints at the notion that our 'creators' had been on Earth further back than other artifacts would suggest. Much research into cave art, by historians and neurobiologists also hint at the possibility that the human consciousness, (our prehistoric ancestors), went through immense neurological and biological changes around 40,000 years ago, which is around the time the Neanderthals' started to disappear. You could say that our human ancestors ‘brains’ were upgraded, (as if by magic), to facilitate what some scientists refer to as a 'higher-order consciousness'. In mythology and oral traditions spanning the globe this 'new found ability' of a 'new earth race' was described as the 'gods' giving knowledge to the first humans.

The film unfolds with the space ship Prometheus (in 2093) arriving in the orbit around LV-223, after passing a planet that looks like Saturn, hence the connection to Saturn's moon 'Prometheus' and the Moon that they eventually land on called LV-223. The reasoning behind the mission is as the head scientist Shaw states, the matching star maps found on various artifacts are an ‘invitation'.

In recent years strange cylindrical objects have been photographed in the rings of Saturn. 
What the hell are they? Are they ‘mother-ships’ full of Transformers doing a spot of repair to the artificial rings? There is much more to know about Saturn and how it is actually ‘effecting’ the reality of our world.
With the above in mind, and with the increase in 'trans-humanism' and cyborg technology, it was no shock that Scott chose to incorporate am 'android' within the plot.

In the movie his name is 'David' (Michael Fassbender) who stays awake at the pilot control to monitor their voyage. Later in the movie the android carries out his own sinister agenda, which hint at the dangers of trans-humanism, not least the abominations and genetic mutations that were caused by  'creator gods' possibly from the supposed time of Atlantis to the diabolical experiments inflicted on people by the Nazi's.
Interestingly the Android David reminded me of the similar themes in the British comedy Red Dwarf, written by Rob Grant and Doug Naylor. The android in Red Dwarf is called Kryten,  along with the last known human alive, Arnold Rimmer and a hologram of Lister's dead bunkmate who Kryten continues to attend to. The episodes were hilarious if you’ve not seen them, especially in the episode called appropriately DNA, when Kryten is briefly transformed into a human being.

Also the Red Dwarf logo (above) itself hints at a connection to 'Saturn' and as I have pointed out in other blogs, Saturn is a 'consciousness' that seems to symbolise the 'control grid' mechanism on Earth. It is also a ‘Dwarf Star’, (hence the name), which on reflection gives some credence to notion that some of its many moons could be planets? In recent years the Moon Phoebe, for example, according to NASA, was one of the early building blocks of the solar system, or planetesimals and formed much further out in the Solar System in the now known Kuiper Belt of icy bodies that lies beyond Neptune. No doubt Saturn's rings influence much more 'of our reality' (the Solar System) than NASA would have us believe.

In the movie, David’s command of ancient languages and his ability to read hieroglyphs (which are alien, please come on!), allows him to unlock the star maps coded by the race of alien Engineers.
On a more serious note, the connections to a technology obsessed ‘trans human agenda’ today could leave us all 'plugged' into a robotic reality. Holograms are being used more than ever, with Elvis due to make an appearance on stage in 2012, courtesy of Digital Domain.

Peter Weyland (Guy Pearce), the elderly founder and CEO of the Weyland Corporation, funds the creation of the scientific deep space research that becomes the Prometheus mission.
The Weyland corporation (in the movie) is everything that the ‘global elite’ are today. Peter Weyland in his TED speech says, “ We can create cybernetic individuals, we are the gods now…” 
He also says, “from the Titan Prometheus our first true piece of technology – fire”

The illuminati bloodlines are the kings of biotech, nano-technology and nuclear fusion and the movie hints at this through the very 'elite' Weyland Corporation. The elité are doing all of this now through genetic engineering of crops, DNA databases, test tube species, brave new worlds of mutant robotic life forms... You name it they're doing it... Today!

Let there be Light!
The constellation featured in the discoveries by the scientists in the early part of the movie seems to be very similar to the Flame Nebula in the Orion constellation. I am not saying it is, just an idea. The Flame Nebula has a bright star called  Alnitak (Ori), which is an emission nebula within the constellation Orion and makes the triple (Trinity) star system of Orion's belt. It is the easternmost star in the Belt of Orion and shines energetic ultraviolet light into the ‘Flame’ and this, according to scientists, knocks electrons away from the great clouds of ‘hydrogen gas’ that reside there. The connections between Jupiter (the dwarf star), Zeus, Osiris, Amun and Orion are a constant theme in mythology and this made me wonder if the ‘Titan’ Prometheus took the ‘fire of life’ (the knowledge to fuse life) from the Emission Nebula of Orion?

Orion is often depicted with a dog or dogs in much art and mythology and in the movie Prometheus, Peter Weyland (the now old trillionaire benefactor) is accompanied by his dog on the space ship to connect with his genetic masters from the ‘stars’.

Orion features heavily in myth and legend, not least global Aboriginal myths that talk of Creator Gods and it makes me wonder how much of the legends of the Titan Prometheus are connected to Orion? Ancient temples and beliefs, not least the Pyramids at Giza, also seem to correlate with the Orion star system. As do Zulu artifacts like the Necklace of Mysteries.

Fishy Star People
The focus on constellations such as Sirius, Pleiades and Arcturus can also be found in many ancient cultures and secret societies. According to the Dogon people, of Mali, for example, the beings that came from the star system Sirius were said to be amphibious or fishlike. Vishnu, one of the Indian trinity, was also said to be born of a fish (a solar fish god). And here again we have the knowledge of humanity’s ancient origins to the Tikaalik (a cross between a reptile and a fish) and its genetic connection to our DNA. Many of the ‘gods’ take on a serpent like form in ancient artwork.

Cecrops (below right) was the founder and the first king of Athens itself, though preceded in the region by the earth-born king (not one that came form the sea). The same legends tall of Athena’s ‘box’ that was said to contain either a snake coiled around an infant, or an infant that was half-man and half-serpent! And has Prometheus the movie eventually shows, there is a sea-serpent like creature embroiled in the plot.

Prometheus is not just a spaceship! It’s also an inner satellite of Saturn and a small moon that is extremely elongated and said to measure about 136 by 79 by 59 km. It has several ridges and valleys and a number of impact craters of about 20 km diameter are visible, but it is less cratered than the nearby moons named Pandora, Epimetheus and Janus (below middle)

Interestingly, Janus is named after the two-faced Roman god and an Illuminati favorite.

 In ancient Roman religion and mythology, Janus is the god of beginnings and transitions (New Orders) and the god of gates, doors, doorways, endings and time. He is usually a ‘two-faced’ since he looks to the future and the past, just as we are conditioned to do so through belief.

Here you have a connection to doorways, hidden chambers and‘large heads’ found in much ancient art and literature. Not least in other movies and novels, see Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. Which also alludes to a 'snake' cult and a 'dark magic' used to bring an end to the world of 'Muggles' (humans) in JK Rowlings books. 
The pictures below 'visually' get the message across, even though there is no literal connection.

Of course in Ridely Scotts's films the Alien species is a hybrid ‘predator’ that is born of the combination of the alien genetic engineers (the Gods - in the movie Prometheus) and an albino reptilian species called the Hammerpedes (below left) that resemble the face huggers in Scott's earlier Alien movies. 

The one eyed symbolism comes up again and not least connects to the one eyed South Pole of Saturn… (trouser snakes also come to mind).

Both the Hammerpedes and what they give life to, have a connection to the serpent/fish-like Alien creatures found in ancient myths and portrayed effectively by the artist HR Giger, 
for Ridley Scott's movies. 

Giger's nightmarish, monochromatic artwork is so, so dark 'energetically' and capture that almost 'off world' demonic life force you'd expect to find on places like Saturn, or nearer to home in the Throne Room once all of the tourists have left the Vatican (right)!

The interesting connections visually for me are that there seems to be a common theme of reptilian like aliens 'converging' with a humanoid alien-god species, possibly based on the legends of the Shem-Su-Hor and Viracocha in ancient texts. The one they call the Engineer or 'Space Jockey' (above right) in the movie Prometheus (especially when he is suited up) looks similar to the ancient imagery of 'Star men' on stella's found amongst the Mayans ruins. 
Are they coming back soon eh? 
Of course much of these 'connections' alluding to an advanced race, or ancient astronauts coming to Earth thousands of years ago were made very well known through the writings of Eric Von Daniken.

Secret Societies and the Marriage of Heaven and Earth (DNA)
In relation to the Prometheus ‘gene’ and the cabals that hoard this information on Earth, traces of Secret Societies can also be discovered among the ruins of many aboriginal cultures.

The Maya and Quichés of South America as well as the already mentioned Sumerian civilization are just a few. In his book, The Masters of Wisdom, J.G. Bennett also writes of how the Russian mystic, Gregori Gurdjieff, told him that the mystery schools went back at least 30,000 to 40,000 years and this, says Gurdjieff, he learnt from cave drawings in the Caucasus Mountains. From my own research and inspired artwork, I feel that many extraterrestrial races have seeded the genetic diversity we call life on Earth, not just one, (as in the movie Prometheus). Some of these creatures that were once the dominant species on Earth like the Dinosaur, must have been heavily involved in this process. To simply not mention them in the holy books, is a big giveaway.

The shamanic societies and secret societies are the 'keepers of the fire', or the knowledge that tells of humanity being an experiment of the gods. The Masonic symbol of the compass and square relates to this marriage of the gods, genetically with human DNA. The caduceus is another symbol that infers at the knowledge behind the creation of the double helix DNA.

T H Huxley’s X club of the 1880’s, which was an elite group of nine men (X men anyone) that believed that humanity had been ‘seeded on Earth’ by advanced beings from space, is another connection. The Huxley’s, Darwin’s and the Wedgwood families all interbred (like Royalty) to advance their ideas of a super human race and its connections to the stars.
And Sir Fred Hoyle the author of Life from Space said: "The likelihood of the formation of life from inanimate mater is one to a number with 40,000 noughts after it.... It is big enough to bury Darwin and the whole theory of evolution. There was no primeval soup, neither on this planet nor on any other, and if the beginnings of life were not random, they must therefore have been the product of purposeful intelligence."

The book of Genesis states,

After he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.
Genesis 3:24

'He' (the Gods), the 'alien genetic engineers' and the 'flaming sword' seems to be symbolic of the DNA as a 'light' (sabre), a "laser" and a 'receiver and transmitter' of frequency. It is also a symbolic code for 'do not go there', well unless you have the correct codes.

Also, A meteorite found in Antarctica in 1995 called CR2 Grave Nunataks 59229, according to Professor Sandra Pizzarello at the National Academy of Sciences,
shows that the building blocks of life likely came from space. 
Even Francis Crick understood that the human genome was not 'natural'
and must have been engineered.

Paul Davies writing in the New Scientist Magazine also suggested our DNA could be the answer to so-called extraterrestrial life forms. The article also went on to explain how one segment of DNA contained more than a million base pairs – He said, “enough for a decent-sized novel or potted history of a rise and fall of an alien civilisation.”

The rise and fall of ours more like?

Super Gods and the Children of the Great flood
It seems that alongside the myths and legends of the superhuman Caucasian gods there was another series of deities, which were worshipped and recorded as the 'Shining Ones' or the 'Watchers' mentioned in texts like the Book of Enoch and the Dead Sea Scrolls. The same gods were also known as the Anunnaki of Sumerian history and possibly there is a connection to the Nagar in Ancient India. According to the Aztecs a giant race was said to have lived on Earth at the time of the First Sun (Age),which was destroyed by water, leaving a 'new Earth' for the 'gods' to build their new civilisation. Science fiction novels and comics throughout over the past 150 years of course has been full of themes that connect ‘alien life’ with that of the legends of the flood. The two magazine covers for Startling Stories and Wonder Stories hint at such connections.

You could weave together a great movie plot just from this lot, never mind the Alien movies? 
It was said that a race of titans, giants and gods (the Prometheus lineage) of which records can be found all over the prehistoric world warned humanity of the coming Deluge. The alien engineer at the beginning of Prometheus falls into the water and generally this scene hinted at the 'beginning of the end for humanity’.

The so called 'New Age' is of course more about freeing the predator within. As above so below, as 'within' is also what's 'out there'.

The story of Deucalion and Pyrrha is the Greek version of Noah and the great flood. Warned by his father, Prometheus, Deucalion built an ark (a ship) to survive the coming flood that Zeus (the creator) was sending to punish mankind?

One of Jupiter's other 'punishments' was to send the Goddess 'Pandora' (a woman made in Heaven) for Prometheus's presumption in stealing his fire. Her name meant Pan (all) and dora (gifts) and Pandora's box and Emietheus jar of toxic 'plagues' is another theme that visually occurs throughout the movie Prometheus
In this case they are not a plague but an alien DNA that is intent on ending all life.
Here comes trouble!
When the ampoule-like artifacts 'leak' inside the alien chamber, the android David secretly returns an ampoule to the ship. From this cylinder he commences the mutation that eventually unleashes ‘Pandora's box’, which of course genetically helps to ‘spawn’ the 'Alien Predator' species. 

A creature that starts in the womb of the human woman, symbolic of Eve, (Dr Shaw) and eventually enters the body of the 'Alien Engineer' to become the ultimate ‘reptilian looking’ alien we all know and love.

An 'ample amount' of ampoules on board the alien craft ready to be sent back to Earth.

Do they get there? You'll have to watch the movie to find out....

Avengers, Transformers (‘shape shifters’) and the Eternals

Themes found in Comic books, graphic novels and movies especially in recent years can be traced back to the myths and legends of the ancient world. I am a big movie ‘watcher’ and therefore after reading material and being immersed in symbolism I cannot help ‘seeing’ the themes jump out at us, intentionally so! 

Its going to be long one so brace yourselves!

The battle’s between a (serpent) monster and a (Sun) hero is one common theme found throughout the world’s mythology. So are the battles between an alien invading force and a native race that lives in harmony with its environment the James Cameron movie Avatar in recent years expresses this concept very well. The most common legends include a 'force for good' versus an 'invading terrorizing force' that wants to take a planet or civilization for its own ends/needs. These dual forces have been depicted as a Saint George figure versus a Dragon/Serpent and this theme can be seen again and again through the stories of Indara and the Vritra, Apollo and the Python, Jehovah and the Leviathan, along with many other opposing pairs. Among the serpent-destroyers were also said to be other ‘saint’s such as St. Clement, the vanquisher of the Dragon of Metz and St. Marcel the deliverer of Paris from the ‘monster’ along with St. Romain whose exploits were immortalized over the ‘gargouille’ of Paris as do many other German, Spanish, Russian Saint Michael figures across Euro-Asia. The same ‘Characters’ can be found in places like Central America and in the Far East too.

What I have found fascinating are worlds and themes found in comics (now turned into movies), especially those that hint at ‘hidden knowledge’ tapped into by the visionary artist/writer of such amazing narratives. As Victor Hugo once wrote,

“All letters began as signs and all signs began as images”

The creator of such Graphic Novels and Comics like Jack Kirby and others were tapping into themes and ideas that spoke of a far deeper layer to the usual hero themes. One example is Kirby’s narratives
for a series of stories called the Eternals (below).

Reptilians versus Nordics and the battle ground as always is humanity (piggy in the middle).
 The Eternals is the story of the ongoing conflict between the different breeds of mankind, overshadowed by the creatures that experimented with prehistoric ape-men and created them. In Earth’s prehistory, Kirby imagined huge armored alien Celestials that came to Earth and used proto-humans to bring forth two other species: the Eternals, who were generally beautiful, immune to natural death, and possessed superhuman powers; and the Deviants, whose inability to breed in a consistent form produced generations of endlessly varied, grotesque monsters. 
 The Eternals became the basis for human myths about gods and angels; the Deviants gave rise to myths about devils and demons. Myths they say? I'll come back to this later.

Another character created by Kirby was the Saturn-like figure called Galactus whose origin within the stories concerned an ancient planet called 'Taa' ('Ta love', if your from Yorkshire in the UK), whose resources and life force was diminishing. It was a ‘dying - dead’ zone and so one Taa scientist in the story decides to mount a final space expedition into the heart of a star, to go out in a last blaze of glory, as it were. In Kirby’s story the radiation of the star killed everyone aboard the craft except for that ‘one scientist’, who somehow survived and evolved into a new form of life. You could say he was a kind of ‘otherworldly’ Six Million Dollar Man – Sauron figure who after incubating for eons (within a spaceship), eventually emerges as the 'godlike' and control hungry Galactus!
His ‘eternal opponent’ is Thor, the younger Scandinavian Jupiter figure.
Saturn and Jupiter battle it out as ‘Galactus and Thor’, or any other combination we see, as the  gods or the ‘planets personified’.

In Scandinavian mythology for example Thor is said to go fishing for Vritra a 'great serpent', which lies at the source of major rivers, seas and power of the oceans. He is a 'electromagnetic' sun god challenging the power of the Moon over the oceans...The Sumerian epic of Gilgamesh also depicts him (the Sun) struggling with a serpent at sea, while been pursued by the angel of death. 
In many ancient cultures there are dragon myths 
which record a ‘sky god’ defeating an 
Earth-threatening monster and making the world a safer place for mankind.
However, when you look closely at these themes quite often there are contradictions at play.

Watchers, Wizards and Mutants have Landed!

I recently watched the movie The Avengers Assemble and wasn't shocked to be reminded of the endless connections to the same themes that crop up in other movies of the same ilk almost every year now and of course the connection to ancient myth will become obvious as I proceed. Of course this Marvel Comic turned film weaved together several threads and themes that are tied to other comic book movies, not least the movie Thor released in 2010. 

 In short the Avengers Assemble plot surrounds an invasion by the God Loki (below), for Loki, see also Lucifer, the trickster and the half brother of the God Thor. Loki is a god of fire, the bringer of chaos and mischief who was said to have made a ‘pact’ with what Norse myth call the Frost Giants who opposed Asgard (one of the Nine Worlds) and the balance of the Universe. Like the Haokah (or unnatural god) sometimes depicted as a clown in several Native American tribes, 'Loki' can ‘shapeshift’, and command the power of being in ‘several places at one time’. Lets say that he uses the holographic nature of reality to deceive and manipulate those that are not fully aware!

The daughter of Loki, the goddess Hel, (like the giant Haokah), was said to have a dual visage, pain and pleasure, hot and cold, power and magic. Being the ruler of dreams the Haokah, like the shamans of the ancient two-horned clan, were said to be able to ‘traverse time’ and move between different dimensions (realities). The same is said of the West African deity Eshu (above right), which the Yoruba people regard a trickster god. This particular figure was also capable of time travel, haunting gateways (portals) and changing into different forms – a common theme! In one Yoruba Poem regarding Eshu it says:

“ Eshu throws a stone today and it kills a bird yesterday”.

This particular phrase relates directly to the ability to travel back in time and suggest that those that can operate outside of ‘linear time’ are adepts at manipulating time. Eshnu, like Loki are ‘horned’, so is the Celtic god Cernunnos, (the hunter/shaman) was also said to be able to move between different worlds. By doing this it is said that these entities/gods were caught between both benevolent and malevolent forces, (often symbolized through having two faces) and therefore reflected the duality of life. For this reason the trickster gods are often associated with the Christian devil, Lucifer and their opposites, the savior ‘Sun’ god in many belief systems. Both are versions of the same archetype that carry symbolism that refers to the duality of light and dark forces.

n Norse myth and legend Loki is the father of Hel,  (where the word Hell is derived) the wolf Fenrir (werewolves anyone?), and the world serpent Jörmungandr (a giant serpent that threatens the Earth). According to the myths Jörmungandr grew so large that he was able to surround the earth and grasp his own tail (the Ouroboros)
As a result, he received the name the 'World Serpent'. It is said that when Jörmungandr  lets go of his tail, the world will end! 
Jörmungandr's arch-enemy is the god Thor, the brother of Loki… 
God families can be so complicated!

Order out of Chaos

In the movie The Avengers Assembly Loki uses ‘mind altering technology’ to possess a scientist and an agent to aid him in opening up a ‘vibrational bridge’ (a porthole) in the sky that will allow the invading force, the Chitauri, to ‘fall to Earth’, or the climb down the ‘World Tree'.
Bridges and doorways are symbolic of the meeting of two worlds.

The ‘very reptilian looking’ Chitarui descend through a port hole, or 'hole' in sky that is created through harnessing 'Fukushima amounts' and 'beyond’ quantities of gamma radiation contained in a 'otherworldly' cube called the ‘Tesserat’, which is stolen by Loki (below left) from the ‘World Government’ Agency called S.H.E.I.L.D. The plot also implicates the fictional billionaire and founder of Stark Industries "Tony" Stark also known as Iron Man (below right). His suit and his 'powers' are very symbolic of the advancement of ‘robotics, cybernetics and the huge push for trans-humanism by the elite today within the military-industrial complex.

True to the comic Loki arrives on Earth to bring about what ancient texts, like the British Edda the events known as Ragnarök, an apocalyptic ‘end game’ that involves several Gods (Superheroes) and humanity fighting a predator force. 
The word "ragnarök" is a compound of two words, the first word in the compound, ragna, is the genitive plural of regin ("gods" or "ruling powers"), derived from the Proto-Germanic term 'ragen'. The second word, rök, has several meanings, such as "development, origin, cause, relation, fate and end." The movie doesn't disappoint in that department when it comes to the timing of Loki's arrival and the chaos that ensues.

The ‘Father’ of Humanity and his ‘cold’ Minions

Raised by his one eyed Father the Saturn/Sun God Odin (played by Anthony Hopkins in the related movie Thor), Loki is also genetically connected to the Frost Giants (evil forces) and their desire to control the domain of the gods and the worlds influenced by them. I feel that the legends of the Frost Giants (below) in Norse myth  relate symbolically to the ‘Ice Rings’ of Saturn and the powers invested in what the Nag Hammadi (Gnostic) texts call the Archons.

The intelligence that dwells ‘on’ and ‘within’ the planet Saturn/Kronos (which has sought to influence the Earth – middle Earth), is very much, in my view, a metallic, robot, orc-like, ‘demonic vibration’ that has  ‘fallen’ in frequency and needs to harvest other life forms (energy) for it's survival. 
Saturn is the 'Death star' and the planet of contraction and as the 'Planet of Death' it fears it’s own end. It is also fuels the classic parasite (the ‘feeder’ and ‘hacker’) of other life forms. William Blake’s painting The Ghost of a Flea (Completed between 1819 and 1820) shows the ‘spirit of a flea’, as it could be seen in another reality. Many 'otherworldly parasites'  such as the 'Orc, the Goblin and the ‘Titans’ (above left), when seen from another level of reality, manifest as the control system. The growing militarization of the police (above right) ‘globally’ are no more than the Titans' in uniform crossed with Batman…mmm wonder why? Its a 'state of mind' and it is coming from the same source of origin. Visually its getting easier to see today!

The Loki, Lucifer, Prometheus and therefore Saturn (or son of Saturn) Odin connection becomes more obvious once you study symbolism and mythology. The light of the world (the torch) is a specific type of light that has kept humanity enslaved in the physical senses – the ‘Freeze vibration’. 
In the movie Loki touches the 'hearts' of his victims with his scepter removing their 'consciousness' and in effect possessing them with his cold, heartless, life force.

 The lion Aslan must come and the energy of Aslan is coming to end the freeze vibration!

The ultimate persona of Loki is captured in the Avengers movie when he enters the 'human realm' and demands to be recognized as their 'father', their 'natural ruler'. In his arrogant and 'Dictator' tone he says;

"Kneel before me. I said? KNEEL! Is not this simpler? Is this not your natural state? It’s the unspoken truth of humanity that you crave subjugation. The bright lure of freedom diminishes your life’s joy in a mad scramble for power. For identity. 
You were made to be ruled. 
In the end, you will always kneel."

‘Calling Cubes’ for unseen forces on Earth!

Another theme in the Avengers movie is that of a powerful alien-like cube (called the Tesserat) that wields such power, it has brought Loki back to Earth to obtain it and use it for his evil ends. The same concept can be found in the Transformers movies, where the ‘All Spark’ (a Cube) is sought after by the ‘Decepticons’ who also run havoc on Earth and uses its radioactive power to open a porthole in the sky, so to bring into the Earth’s reality there very own world – Cybertron. In the movie Immortals (2011) the symbolism couldn’t get more blatant when a cube was used to imprison the race of Titans in the belly of Mount Tartarus to be released by the tyrannical ‘horned’ King Hyperion.

The ‘transformation’ of our atmosphere today to a more radioactive one, I sense, is part of the conspiracy to aid in the genetic mutation and mass culling of humanity by a force that operates through the priesthoods that align themselves with their ‘alien’ (inhumane) masters and the technology the are masters of.

These cubes are symbolic of the life force and sacred geometry used by the ancient priesthoods to carry power (unseen) throughout the ages. The Saturn connection to the cube is also evident in the Mecca Kaaba (the black cube) and its symbolic relationship to the ‘Hexagon’ Star of David and of course the Christian crucifix (the cube unpacked).
The Tree of life is also evident in the Sephiroth arranged in a double cube and can be found in the architecture of cathedrals and religious temples all over the world. Religion is the biggest form of ‘esoteric’ mind control on the planet, so what is inside the Mecca Cube?
Concealing alien transmitters, energy porthole devices ‘inside’ relevant outwardly icons and symbols would fit perfectly, if you want to get the swirling masses focusing their energy on that source of ‘hidden power’. Our focus gives energy to the unseen worlds!

Other themes relate to the stories of the Archons in the Gnostic Nag Hammadi Library that are also scouting for ‘worlds’ that they too can harvest, replicate and control. In the Second Transformers movie (The Revenge of the Fallen) the plot hints at an ancient epoch when the Primes, a race of robot intelligence (giants) that came into our Solar system looking for 'Suns to Harvest' so to keep their own planetary system alive. Despite the obvious fiction in these stories, I find the concept of 'harvesting' Suns' quite intriguing. The connection to the themes in Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings and the power grab by the 'metallic', 'radioactive' (evil) Sauron over ‘Middle Earth’ (possibly an ancient landmass that once existed) too coincidental visually
Have these film directors all been drinking the same brew?

Was Saturn our Sun (at the time of a Golden era on Earth) harvested by an extraterrestrial intelligence? And if so, was it’s energy ‘transformed’ into a Black Sun
Saturn is a dwarf star, so the notion of this ‘Gas Giant’, along with Jupiter (both the source of the great ancient ‘battle and clash’ myths) influencing Earth, is ‘bigger’ than most would realize. Questions I can’t go into here as I would need to write another separate article. 

The 'Fall' and the 'Rise' of the Predator

There are many sources in the ancient world that pertain to an invading 'alien' force that wreaks havoc on Earth. In the Avengers movie the character played by a ‘one eyed’ Samuel L Jackson (Fury) is the head of a secretive organization called S.H.I.E.L.D, stands for (Strategic Hazard Intervention Espionage Logistics Directorate) and is a United Nations funded covert unit with a secret council who direct and controls its operations. The Nasa logo also appears in this and many other movies and in theme the whole operation is hinting at the ‘Star wars programme’ and its technology that would be used to defend the Earth form an ‘outside alien threat’. As James Wilsdon wrote for the UK Guardian newspaper years ago in relation to the extended Star wars programme:

“... military control of space was the only way for America to avoid a ‘space’ Pearl Harbour”.

I personally would look to the ocean for revelation, but I’ll come to that in minute.

Similar themes have been seen in other 'military meets alien technology style' movies not least the Transformers films. The X-men are other movies that bring together a mutant team to defend humanity from a possible threat from fellow mutants. I haven’t got time to go into the ‘X’ symbolism here, but again this is a Saturn based icon and relates to the 'broken cross' amongst many other things. The Spiderman movies and the Fantastic Four (there’s that number again) are also films that push the themes of genetic mutation, invasions from other worlds and the effects of radiation on humanity. I find it glaringly amusing that the most recent Spiderman movie The Amazing Spiderman, has a lizard humanoid (Dr Lizard) has his opponent.

As I outline in my book Journeys in the Dreamtime, there is a connection to this ever-growing appearance of a predator consciousness (which predominately takes on a demonic reptilian form) so we can collectively ‘see’ it and 'deal with it'. We are now in the time of the revealing and therefore all that has been remained hidden from our true sight (our limited vision) will be seen. I admire the writers in recent times that have identified, quite logically, the nature of the psychopath in our world and the damage that has been done by them; but, if it acts like a reptile, ‘thinks like one’, looks like one (see above and below) and wreaks havoc like one in such a predictable way,  
then lets call it what it is folks!

The word predator, which comes from the Latin predator, (praedari) and means to 'seize as plunder'. Here are dictionary definitions of a predator:

  • carnivorous animal or destructive organism: a carnivorous animal that hunts, kills, and eats other animals in order to survive, or any other organism that behaves in a similar manner.
  • Somebody who plunders or destroys: a person, group, company, or state that steals from others or destroys others for gain.
  • Ruthlessly aggressive person: somebody who is extremely aggressive, determined, or persistent (disapproving)
  • Greedily destructive: greedily eager to steal from or destroy others for gain
    Relating to predators: relating to or characteristic of animals that survive by preying on others.
  • Ruthlessly aggressive: extremely aggressive, determined, or persistent (disapproving)

All of the above describe the attitude of the elite power structures that have dominated our society throughout history. Whether it’s banking (predatory economics) to acts of aggression against any living creature - they all are predatory by nature. All war, terrorism, assaults on the planets ecology, systems of control and rule through fear, both covert and overt in nature, are part of the predatory stream of consciousness. In fact the very nature of human life has become a ‘predators paradise’ for forces that do not respect life and this planet and the predator consciousness as I call it, is the very system we are immersed in. But not for many more years.

In nature the word ‘predator’ conjures up imagery of tigers, crocodiles, lions and other ‘man-eating’ creatures. These animals are often called ‘Alpha Predators’, because they are part of an ancient group that have always ‘preyed off’ other animals including humans. According to scientists such as David Quamman in his book The Monsters of God, the predator consciousness is part of our evolution and worshiping it through the Alpha animals (lions, crocodiles, reptiles, etc) relates to our need to transcend the physical (fear based) environment we are made to focus on.

The worship of alpha predators can be found in all ancient indigenous cultures and whether it is the reverence of the lion in the Bible (about 130 times to be precise) or through the Shark kissing ceremonies of the Taka Manacca on the Pacific islands, the human reverence of a ‘non-human’ predator god is still the same. But what is the true nature of the predator consciousness? 
I find the ‘dinosaurs’ the most obvious of our original ‘official’ alpha predators and I would say this to those that still can’t get their head around an ancient ‘reptilian species’ that ‘acts’ like a ‘humanoid raptor’ (both in spirit and at the level of its mind),  
you need to open your own mind to ‘all possibility’! 

It’s okay to accept endless historical art, artifacts, ‘religious art’ and other curious finds as visual interpretations of a psychopath, but at what point do we see some major visual commonality that is screaming out… It’s a demon/reptile/entity. 
An entity that can possess and therefore ‘transform’ other energy/matter into the likeness of it’s own energy field. 
How did the Transformers children's cartoon song line go… “Transformers - robots in disguise”
It could be, “human psychopath’s – demons in disguise”.

Twenty people plus, including myself, witnessed such a ‘transformation’ in the clouds above an ancient Star Gate in Peru (Aramu Muru), when a demonic face (below) appeared in the clouds above a giant petrified rock formation that looked as it was “meant to look” – 
like a giant stone (multidimensional) reptilian/human figure!

Other Strange Creatures

In relation to the above we also have tablets showing ancient drawings of the Mokele-mbembe creature, which have also been seen in the Pergouset Ice Age caves of France, that shed light on a very different understanding of our evolutionary past. These long necked stegosaurus like creatures can be seen depicted amongst more recognizable animals and scenes of daily life. Similar images can also be found on what are known as the ‘Palette of Namer’ (below left) from the Royal Dynasty of Egypt dated 3100 BC. These highly decorative plates show the same creatures that are depicted on the cave walls at Pergouset, being held on long leads by humans, possibly giants.

The ‘logic and reason’ behind these images on the palette and the realism of other animals and people portrayed around them, assumes that our ancient ancestors 'could' have actually witnessed these creatures? We'll never know for sure. But, similar themes of humans and dinosaurs co-existing on earth can also be seen in the huge collection of stone carvings owned by Dr Janvier Cabrera who lives in Ica, 150 kilometres from Nazca in Peru. His collection of stones and clay sculptures (above right) are shrouded in mystery and ‘scientific uncertainty’, in terms of their age. But, it is said that these particular artifacts came from caves under the famous Nazca desert (hushed up by the authorities) and depict many ape like humans riding on the backs of dinosaurs, using telescopes, along with thousands of strange alien-like creatures. 

But dinosaurs and humans only co-existed in the movies, yeah right?

Invading Reptilian Gods and Portholes in the Ocean

Many ancient accounts all over the world about an invading force that infiltrated and hijacked our reality and brought an end to the Golden Age society amid incredible cataclysmic events which included a ‘Great Flood’, or global tsunami.
I have had several vivid dreams that tell of a similar narrative in the times we are now living through an therefore I would say 'watch to the oceans, not the skies' when it comes to seeing how humanity will be 'invaded' once again. The movie Battleship (below right) also touched on similar themes with its alien machines emerging to invade the surface population.

In other dreams I have seen the ocean open up, like a plug hole and the ancient submarines surfacing amidst a world of darkness, lit by a blazing comet racing across the skies. The nearest I have seen visually to these holes in the ocean are the Bahama banks (below left) that go down beyond 2800 feet in depth. The holes could have been caused by meteor or asteroid strikes?

I would 'watch' the portholes in the ocean and their connection to the inner Earth!

In the Avengers movie, (as with the Transformers), the invaders are quite clearly reptilian and in the case of the Avengers Assemble both are 'metallic and reptilian' 
in concept and are even called the Chitauri!

I wonder if the Director of the Avengers movie, Joss Whedon, has read David Ickes' books? 

Either that or Credo Mutwa’s material is now worth considering for the movies!

The Sumerian Tablets (thousands of the buggers) describe how a non-human invader race known as the Anunna or Anunnaki had caused the global catastrophes and rode them out in some form of 'spacecraft' until returning when everything had settled down. Zulu accounts of the Chitauri say that they had a Mothership but came to earth in smaller crafts, just like the invaders in the movie above. What followed the upheavals is another common theme in ancient accounts and this is where ‘making Man in my (our) image’ comes in and the sons of God (the gods, plural, in the true translation) producing children with the daughters of men. The Sumerian Tablets describe how the Anunnaki interbred with humans and genetically manipulated the human body (body-computer).

During the Babylonian period it is said that the Anunnaki gods were seeking to ‘rise’ from the ashes of Sumer and develop a strategy for controlling the native population they had helped create. 
To do this, the gods (which were few in number), needed to take out of circulation true accounts of their involvement in human affairs,  especially in the pre-flood world. What did they do? They invented what became the Bible and holy book - A users guide for those that need a God to tell them how to live their lives. "Job done", as they say.

  Can it get more obvious? The Scientist humanoid- Lizard God in the Amazing Spiderman movie?

For those that doubt the existence of extraterrestrial life or even inter-dimensional realities (same thing), then consider this for a moment. 
According to science our sun is only one of some 100 billion stars in this galaxy alone,
with 100 billion galaxies in our Universe, of which there are at least one million planets in our galaxy that could support life as we know it! Millions of people have seen UFO’s (including the most skeptical) and at least fifteen million Americans have seen them since the 1970’s. 
At this point we need to ask ourselves why the ancients aligned their temples and monuments with scientific precision to specific constellations? 
What is hidden from our sight at ‘sites’ all over the world? 


Opening the Portholes

Another theme in certain movies in recent years are the ‘merging’ of realities and the bridging of worlds, for the detriment of the Earth.  In come the strange beings found in folk- lore (the elves, trolls and fairies) who are said to dwell both in the astral/etheric world and the ‘underworld’ within the Earth and the ‘underworld’ above the Earth. The Maya called these interdimensional entities the Lords of Xiballba, the rulers of the underworld – the lower fourth dimension. The same demonic entiites (states of awareness) would go on to take over the mystery schools that had originated out of the 'pre-historic' global civilizations of Atlantis And Lemuria.

Who is actually 'running' the show? Bible Studies anyone?

For those that think the idea that lost civilizations such as Mu couldn’t have existed then I would suggest looking at the work of Klaus Dona and his Hidden History of the Human Race’ videos. In the documentaries a pyramid and other monuments are shown 25 metres under the sea off the Japanese island of Yonaguni. All over the world evidence has come to light showing submerged stone streets, a stadium/Coliseum type structure and huge depictions of a turtle and a bird. Similar monuments and structures have been found off the Atlantic island of Bimini and elsewhere. They are what they are!

 So whatever entered the collective mind/earth reality to end the lost civilizations may well have been a 'merging of realities', or a physical invasion of otherworldly beings that would love to open those portholes again to wreak havoc on Earth at this time around. The Mayan 2012 diversion, along with many other apocalyptic legends are designed to ‘create’ such events and so are the endless movies in terms of ‘programming’ for those that would be ready to accept a ‘The Day the Earth Stood Still’ event. The one eyed gods were the ‘real’ masters of the Earth in an ancient epoch.

It’s been my feeling for many years that the Mayan’s were a ‘dark’ and heavily non-human guided civilization. They had a huge thirst for blood letting (along with many other ancient civilizations named earlier in the article) and the Mayan god of darkness, violence and sacrifice was Camazotz (below), a flying bat god who inhabited Xibalba, the Mayan hell. 
Originally an anthropomorphic bat monster worshiped by the Zapotec Indians of Oaxaca, Camazotz was adopted into the Mayan pantheon as a vampire killer who reveled in slaughter… like many movies from the Blade Trilogy to Dark Knight (Batman) along with the endless vampire films, we are looking at a 'non-human' that 'feeds' off 'human life force', whether blood or fear. The decepticons (above left) in the Transformer movies also seek to wreak havoc on Earth caring not for the consequences of their acts of destruction against humanity.

 All war is easy when you have no empathy for others!

Movies whether a disaster, war or other genre offer certain levels of predictive programming embedded within the imagery, the symbolism and of course the narratives, which are designed to create such versions of reality ‘collectively’. I am not saying that every movie is having that effect, but many film scripts and stories are peppered with ‘archetypal truths’ as a trigger point for our ancient memories. Of course, truths’ do not necessarily become realized when surrounded by sublime ulterior motives. 

As Carl Jung said, “ Archetypes are systems of readiness for action, and at the same time images and emotions. They are inherited with the brain structure - indeed, they are its psychic aspect”
